CTC - Our Professional Designation

The Travel Institute (formerly The Institute of Certified Travel Agents) is an international, nonprofit organization that educates and certifies travel industry professionals at all career stages. Since its inception in 1964, The Travel Institute's mission has been to increase professionalism within the travel industry and to create national standards of excellence for travel professionals through its educational programs.

Lisa Koenen, CTC Lisa@travelfullcircle.com 23 years travel industry experience, with 3 children she offers real life travel experience for families and can offer some Hot Tips on family vacation fun. She can share her extensive cruise knowledge as well as resort specialties that include Club Med, Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean and Tahiti. She is also experienced in Europe, Australia and New Zealand and can help you plan the trip of a lifetime. She arranges family or friends cruises down to the last detail. She has a special knack for those details - an essential element in arranging groups, let her know what you have in mind.

Jill Ellis, CTC ellis.jill@comcast.net Jill has enjoyed 25 years in the travel industry. She is a Graduate of the International School of travel and has completed her CTC. As Owner and Manager of Richmond Travel for much of her time in the travel business, Jill has been and continues to be an exceptional resource who is well versed in all aspects of the travel industry. She has traveled extensively and has many loyal clients. Tim Shaw Tim is a well know group travel leader in our community. He has guided Jr. high students for a historical trip to Washington DC for the many years. Tim runs the Adult Education for the Richmond school district. He is a history buff and educator he gives them one great trip! Carolyn Sherwin csherwin@sbcglobal.net Carolyn has over 17 years in travel. Carolyn is a very experienced travel consultant and group leader. She travels all year round due to her Husband's speaking schedule. She also leads at least one group tour each year to an exciting international destination. Carolyn pays great attention to every detail when she plans a group or individual vacation. Ann Kamoe Abkamoe@aol.com Ann brings over 20+ years experience to her clients. She has family roots in Hawaii so she knows the islands in depth. She stays current on all the properties and usually visits many times each year to Maui and Oahu. She always comes up with the best value for her clients. Sirkka Ramey Sirkkasue@aol.com Sirkka is also a longtime travel consultant and group leader. Sirkka brings her upbeat attitude and enthusiasm on all of her group adventures. She has traveled to many destinations and has many exciting stories to share. She specializes in senior travel especially cruises. Virginia Davidson Virginia has done outside sales for 10 years. Virginia loves to travel and that experience is a great benefit for her clients. She specializes in cruises and can assist with a multitude of destinations.
